No email. Randomly cheked portal to find a single word "deny" sent 2 days ago. Very unprofessional. First university I've ever seen reject applicants with one word.

Has anyone heard back from Waterloo? Quest still says no decision has been made by the academic department. Wait-list is just a placeholder, I still haven't heard back.

Received an email to check the portal. Found an offer letter on the portal which had information about my supervisors and funding! From an old IIT. Non CS undergraduate department.

Received unofficial acceptance from POI. 3 research internships, 2 papers under review.

Research interest in Blockchain and Privacy. I have research experience but no publication. Got interviewed by two professors and accepted with co-supervision.

Had an interview and got informal acceptance (formal acceptance to come in the following weeks). 2 research projects during my undergrad, one of which resulted in a first author pub. 1 internship. Undergrad at Canadian uni ranked in the teens (for Canada)
