Thesis program. Domestic (outside Quebec).

Emailed the graduate programme director because I couldn't wait any longer due to another deadline. Apparently, rejection due to lack of capacity of my proposed supervisors.

No interview invitation. I sent a pre-app email to EH noting my national funding, but they flagged international student limits & uncertain dept funding post-deadline. Rejection is a redirection. Good luck to every brave and dedicated applicant. This marathon is spectacular!

Received reply to a message I sent to the DGS office - Informal rejection, with formal update following soon. Dejected but trying again next round... Rejection message suggests it may have been down to a lack of room with my prospective supervisor and a balance in the cohort.

Received a research-based BA and MA before applying, and also had several months of experience in libraries and archives.
