Kind of bummed, since I was hoping for at least a chance at an interview. I'm guessing my lack of prior experience held me back.

To the poster below, I just heard about an interview this morning!

Can I be surprised and not surprised? Already got acceptances and interview offers from similar schools, but I'm an unconvential candidate and was warned that BU doesn't like that.

First rejection. First anything, really. Glad they got back to me so soon though.

To the other poster -- I haven't heard anything yet either, and from what I could find on here from last year's round of apps, we could technically hear back any day but could possibly not hear if we have an interview until as late as 2/16 or so. The wait is killer but we're all in the same boat, good luck!

Has anyone heard from BU about interviews yet? Or does anyone know when were suppose to hear?

Accepted with $5k a year in funding. I was worried about my mediocre GPA and low quant score, but I had a strong SoP and LoRs, and I expect my volunteer experience made a difference (spent the past year working with refugees, PoWs, and survivors of torture/political violence).
