App is being passed on to another dept (english/comp lit) for consideration for a terminal master's, but my anthro terminal MA at Columbia already cost $125k including living expenses, so...yeah, probly not going to give them another $55k in tuition.

Been waiting patiently for their response, but I definitely think I was rejected. So I am done with my waiting; 1A and 2R. Am going to start studying for the GREs, and wait til after May to reapply. Will decline my only offer since I have no funding. Congrats to those who were acceptance to Mercyhurst.

My bachelor's degree was obtained in the field of natural resources management but my research field is close to my supervisor.

Not surprised, hadn't heard from any faculty. Wasn't really disappointed either.

Meh! Was already accepted to my first choice program!

Tired of waiting and being jerked around. This entire process has been so shady: speaks volumes about the department. Withdrawing my application. Wishing everyone else a humane journey. I'm outta here.

Accepted with GC Fellowship; pretty torn and will visit all programs before deciding. What is UP with Columbia taking its time?

Have other offers elsewhere but the department would be a great fit. Anyone not planning to attend, please let them know as soon as possible!
