received call and email from POI last night, i didnt send gres, 2.5 years research experience at small liberal arts college, no pubs (1 manuscript), contacted a few PIs but didnt have extended contact w them, good luck to everyone!

received a conditional acceptance for inorganic today (will send admit once i attend open house), i didnt send gres, only contacted one PI who was an alum at my undergrad, 2.5 years of research experience at liberal arts school, no pubs (1 manuscript)

To the poster below from historical results on here they do all admits at once and send all rejects in either 1 or 2 weeks. Feels bad man

Received email from director of grad studies, official letters coming early February. Virtual visits are 2/26 (morning and afternoon) or 3/5 & 3/6 (both mornings).

Surprising! No publication, no master degree, research experience for 2 yrs.

No interview. A subpar stipend tbh. I was kinda hoping for more cause I want to stay in the Chicago area but I think this is pushing me to moving out of state. :(
