Ivy undergrad, significant private and public sector experience

add from prev. note: Oh no lol. I thought no one entered their results yet. maybe a glitch on the site. my bad.

First person to report here for LSE this cycle! Had been put on the reserve list last cycle since I applied late. Reinstated my app after, and then now, received my result: waitlist (for now). This is what they said: "Stronger applications may be placed on the waiting list when the selectors wish to see more applications to gain a better idea of the applicant pool before making a final decision. At times when academic staff may be away, such as Christmas, the waiting list option may also be used. When your application is sent back to the selectors for final consideration, you may be made an offer of admission or your application may be unsuccessful. Please be aware that although your application was considered strong enough to be placed on the waiting list, either outcome is still possible." Hmmm. Anyone got accepted? I'm hopeless lol.

Reserve list

No email, checked the website on a Sunday and was accepted. Very excited, my dream program. Best of luck to everyone waiting!

Rejected last March 23rd. Requested for subject access and found out the following results: From Assessor 1, academic record (poor), references (good), written work (poor), SOP (poor). Meanwhile from Assessor 2, academic record (very good), references (very good), written work (excellent), SOP (very good). Just wow.

I applied by the admission deadline, January 15th and got my admission notification 3 weeks later. The admission came with a Teaching Assistantship. I am going to accept the offer. GRE is required.

Called the Admissions Department, they said that I will get two offers. One or 2 days later, I received an email saying that there is an update in my applicant portal : two conditionnal offers.

Rejected without interview. LLM with Distinction from LSE. Received the standard rejection and another e-mail suggesting me to apply for the PhD in Gender Studies as my proposal was about feminist legal theory. My guess is that the intersection between feminism and legal theory is lacking at the moment in LSE and I only got one professor to support my application (You need to have 2 professors as your supervisors that support your application). I was accepted by Oxford for their DPhil in Law and I am currently waiting to hear about funding from them.

Standard rejection.

As others, Ignore Interview - submitted March 4th, still have yet to hear a peep, but have noticed the deadline was extended to June. Losing my mind checking the portal 500 times a day. Not my favorite feeling.
