Was emailed for a Teaching Assistantship interview, then the night after the interview a recommender was contacted by the MFA side with further questions.

To person asking about East Anglia: I got a request for an interview about a month after I applied, and I received my acceptance about a week and a half after that.

phew!! full tuition remission. 1a/0r/0w/8p

1a/0r/0w Applied last year without any acceptances-- I'm so excited! Received a very nice email from Jill McDonough with extensive comments on my poetry and my personal statement, and it was followed up my a similarly enthusiastic email from Lloyd Schwartz. Yay!!!

To the people saying they were accepted by UEA: When did you submit your application? I know they're rolling admissions, so just trying to gauge their general timeframe for the process as I submitted in mid-January.

Moved into Phase II of Application Process

I got an email telling me to check the portal. My decision letter was posted from the graduate school, but I should be getting an email from the director of the creative writing program with specifics soon.

To the poster below, was it just a mistake to say starting spring 2020? I thought they only accepted for the fall? Also do you happen to know if they have notified fiction yet?

Received a kind and encouraging email that I had been waitlisted.

Second year applying and finally seeing acceptances. Good luck to everyone still in limbo! Waiting to hear back from a few more.

First decision of the season, and it's a YES!
