Anyone heard back from MSU? Did you have interview from this program before?

emailed on the 22nd and filled out some google form asking if I was interested in being on the wait list, received an email yesterday with acceptance letter

I emailed a couple of professors to ask about my admissions status, and one of them replied saying I was on the waitlist.

I would be extremely grateful if you can please consider decline if you have better or similar offer, this program means so much to me, thanks!!

Received funding offer shortly after the acceptance email from the school.

Applied to program w/ a M.S. in statistics as well as two years work experience. Received automated email to log into website to get my rejection letter.

Received funding offer in mid-late March after attending the early-mid March recruiting weekend.

Follow-up to my previous results comment. Funding offers were sent out late-January/early February. I was told there were few open TA positions to offer to candidates, and there was only a small chance of additional offers being sent out after April 15th.

Anyone got nothing from this program but still wait?

Did anyone get accepted? If so, pls let us know the date.

I heard that less than 20 offers were sent on March 15, and the number of PhD admitted will be around 10 according to the results from previous years, so there may be several 2nd round offers near or after April 15 if those who have already got an offer rejected them. (FYI: I am a current student in the dept)

To the post below, did you apply for Amherst campus? Where did you receive your decision? do they provide funding for master? I have not heard anything since last Dec. Thank you!

Data science specialization. 1-year coursework option with no funding =(. GPA of around 96%. Probably gonna decline the offer since I got accepted to another school with funding.
