To the USC poster, according to a friend of mine doing his PhD there, they have given out almost all MS admits and are giving admits now after admitted applicants are rejecting their offers, they have got very very few rejections and that those who haven't heard from them should expect rejections only. USC got too many applications this year and based on their GPA only policy of admitting MS students , the threshold shot up this year. | ||||
