To the person below who got into UNC: when did you submit your application? I submitted mine on Dec. 11, and I still haven't heard back yet.

Not surprised because I was not a good fit for the program. My specialization is photography.

To the students below who asked about funding. I received a separate email from a Professor who is willing to fund me with 25K stipend, free health insurance and full tuition for five years. I received the funding email before the system updated my admission status.

Waitlist is unranked. I thought this would be my best chance at getting into a really strong program -- come March or April we'll see how accurate that thought was. -- Roadrunner
