accepted with full funding and assistantship!

Has anyone heard whether they have been accepted or rejected?

Told my scores were low and they didn't have anyone to teach what I wanted to specialized in, despite misunderstanding what I wanted to study.

Canadian student; reached out to supervisor beforehand and got a good response. UofT undergrad with strong references

I e-mailed the department to find out. The admin said that official notices will be going out shortly, I was just super impatient xD. Good Luck to anyone still waiting!

I've had no response but am hesitant to email the department until after the decision deadline. Has anyone heard anything?

I emailed the chair of the department directly, apparently only one student was accepted to the biological track of the anthropology PhD this cycle.

I emailed the chair of admissions and was told the same as the poster below, that those rejected should have been notified already, but there had been a mistake.

I wrote them asking

To the Irvine poster below - not as far as I know. I was not contacted by anyone from Irvine, and I do believe they notified waitlisted people. I heard nothing from them until the application tracker was updated. If you were told that you were on a waitlist, and your tracker hasn't changed, I would assume you are still waitlisted. If so, good luck to you!
