Called to check on status and they politely replied in an email that I was not recommended for admission. It was my only denial so I'm not super bummed.

Randomly checked my status not expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised.

Just decided to check my status on the website and there it was. Would have been nice to atleast get an email letting me know that a decision was available.

no funding, useless

To the computer science PhD below: I applied for the MLIS program but my experience may be relevant. I applied before the Feb 1 deadline then was told I would have a decision by March 15. That date came and went and still no decision, and I emailed the department last week asking about my status. I didn't have an answer still, so on the 22nd I called up to inquire about my status and was told the committee was still reviewing apps and I should know by early next week. Hope that helps.

So is anyone else waiting for results from Rutgers or have the rejections already come out?

$26,500 stipend

I was accepted but am on the waitlist for funding. I don't know how many people they gave funding to but I know for a fact that they accepted at least one more person than they had money for. I don't know what that means for the people on the admissions waitlist.

randomly checked website...Does anyone know how many are generally waitlisted? Or admitted? I read somewhere that only 4 fellowships are given yearly, so assuming they may put a similar number on the waitlist?
