It's true. They really are waiting to do anything -- additional offers, rejections, etc. -- until after April 15, even if their initial offers are declined before then. How they attract the best students is beyond me, as those with multiple offers will have surely accepted elsewhere by the 15th. I guess they're waiting for those who've been admitted nowhere else. What a strange way of doing things. Oh well, guess I'll be going elsewhere.

Does anyone have any information about the waitlist process? Is it ranked or based on demographics? This is definitely my top school.

I was pleasantly shocked to be admitted here, immediately accepted the offer.

From waitlist. No funding at this time.

I finally got my rejection email at 12:30 pm today mst. Good luck to everybody else and congrats to those that made it in!

Out of field. Not surprised at all. Good luck to everyone going!

Congrats everyone, good luck

Just sent in my decline of the offer- hope it helps someone on the waitlist!

As a physics major, should've taken bio/chem courses. App forwarded to phy dept, rejected on 2/25.

This is a pretty competitive program, if I was going to be rejected somewhere it would have been here. But that's ok, I have other options.

they finally get me rejection...

letter was attached to a blank email and dated the 20th. 240 applicants, 4 positions. did not accept any of their own MA students
