No details on funding yet

Just a common email telling me to check the portal. It takes me three months to wait for such an email??!!

Rejected from 1 year program, waitlisted for 2 year program.

This is my only and top choice, so please decline the offer if you do not plan to accept. Thank you!

Took long enough! wtf 4a/0w/5r

To those who have decline their waitlist position at UCSB, thank you. YOU beacon conscious and compassion. Again, thank you.

Very disappointed. They didn't even provide an explanation.

I am going to accept unless I get into UCLA Ph.D.

2a/1w/4r/1p It's time to compare CSULA and SFSU. Go on to the forum.

If you are not planning on taking your offer from UCSB, or even if you plan on declining your waitlist spot here, please do so as soon as possible! This is my alma mater and I would love to attend this school. I would also really like to no longer be in limbo about what I am doing with my life, literally all my stress is in your hands!

Solicited to hear that I was on a short waitlist

Second waitlist, don't know how long any of the waitlists are but I assume I have a slim chance

Declined PhD acceptance from OSU. (This is the same person who said they would decline by early April -- I hope this helps move people off the waitlist, especially the person whose top pick is Ohio State! It's a truly wonderful department, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it there!)

Solicited application status and notified that I was waitlisted. Like the other posters here and on the FB group, I was also told that I am "near the top of our waiting list." I wonder how many people can be near the top?... Anyways, still nice.
