Yes, I called Cornell about 9 days ago and they said it would be 2-3 weeks. I don't know if it's different for PhDs, I would think it would be. Good luck to you! Does anyone know how GPA and GRE are weighted? I would think GPA would hold a good bit more weight. | ||||
