It is the 3rd week of April and almost all universities in the US have sent out their decisions. But Columbia, in spite of being an Ivy, has not yet sent out all their decisions. It reveals utter mismanagement in processing the applications. Columbia should understand the problem of the applicants who are still waiting for the decision.

[TTPB]: Hi, just curious, but how can you say that ML/CV rejections have been sent out? was something mentioned in the email sent to those who received a rejection?

I guess I was put on an informal waitlist, and since I'm not much enthusiastic about this program and didn't react, they decided to reject in late April. 3a/1r/1w

I'm really excited! My only concern is there's nothing in the acceptance letter about funding. Does anyone know if scholarship/funding is announced separately or is it likely I just didn't get anything?

Received email to check portal. Accepted with scholarship.

TTPB: I totally feel you. I haven't heard anything since I submitted my application last December. I tried to mail the department two weeks ago and was told the committee is still reviewing applications. It's already April 16th and we still have no updates from them. The complete silence is agonizing. Wish us luck!

TTPB: Vancouver sent rejections to ML/CV students.

Ignore the waitlist. Has everyone hear back from this school? Are they still accepting new students at all?

TTPB: Sorry for the news. Is this rejection letter came from the UBC Okanagan Campus?
