was called,

Not rejected officially yet, but I can see it - no SUNetID on the portal is a soft rejection. Ngl, it helps cope before seeing the actual rejection. Had a banger of an interview, but the interviewer felt another professor would be a much better fit, and he'd reach out to him for me. Never heard back afterwards, sadly In any case, we all have much more to be grateful for and prepare for in life; never let these decisions define you.

Portal changed, checklist gone, instruction to set up SUNet ID. Clicking through the link for registering SUNet ID, I see a new University ID distinct from application ID has been generated for me. Received call from POI about an hour after that change and my acceptance was announced to me.

Portal has changed. 24 hours or less for the decision. Pretty sure it's a rejection since I got no mail beforehand.

Didn't get any email notification. Logged onto portal and saw status change. Modern Chinese lit track.

Happy birthday to me lol. Wasn't the best fit anyway.

emailed to check portal. was interviewed by 3 profs, posted below
