Hi! to the comment about the IR PhD interview: congrats on the interview! I hope it went well. Out of curiosity (and slight panic), how long did it take for you to hear back about an interview? I'm just concerned with how long it's taking to hear back about anything/I haven't seen many posts about IR PhDs yet on here.

Invitation for interview on the 24th of March. German funding authorities. GPA is for Master's degree.

If anyone with funding from the Political Science department has a better offer than this, please decline the funding offer as soon as possible. Phd without funding is financially hard for international students especially.

Applied straight out of college, email said program received record number of applicants

Recommend for M.A. Program.

I applied in mid-January and interviewed at the end of the month. Waiting for funding announcement to make a decision. Good luck everyone!

GPA is grad. I didn't submit GRE scores. Waitlisted for funding.

MA offer, just like other Ph.D applicants I guess.

Hello to the poster below. I have also been put on the reserve list. From my understanding the department's are advised to select 10% from acceptances towards the reserve list. Meaning that you and I are probably on the reserve list with another person. If you want to discuss, let me know how I could reach you.

no email, just checked the portal

Seems like a big waitlist so might as well be a rejection. 0a/1w/9r/2p

Political theory. Notified through email by the graduate program director, received official decision today through email.

Hi all, I was waitlisted for funding at OSU. If you received a funding offer and DO NOT plan to attend, please let the department know as soon as possible. OSU is my top choice and would love to be there next Fall. Thank you so much!
