To the posters accepted at UNC, can you tell about your profiles,

To the poster above, I was just rounding the 15,700+8000 for the first two years, and the 15,700+4000 for the last 3.

Was expected after not receiving an interview invite.

5 semesters of working as a TA, a tutor and a recitation leader and 2 semesters of stockroom and writing assistant work. Multiple conferences plus first prize for an oral presentation at one of them. 3+ years of research (including three winters and one summer) plus an honors college thesis directly related to the field i applied to. Several ACS chemistry awards. My CV and rec letters should compensate for my decent GRE scores. Only rejections so far, I don’t get it. Good luck to all those still waiting.

To the poster below i was offered 15,700 plus 8,000 in the summer if in good academic standing. What was different about yours?

Email from a professor. 24k for the first two years and 20k for the last three.

To the user who posted the acceptance news, were you invited for interview?
