Has anyone applied for EC86 heard anything yet?

TTPB: I applied for ec93 track. I did check my spam and its empty. So idk if this is an admit or not.

Even my checklist got disappeared yesterday with the portal showing instructions for admitted students. Later I got my admit. Keep your fingers crossed.

TTPB, the checklist is still intact in my portal. I would suggest you to first check your spam for any emails from UCSD. If you do not find any, better to contact the grad office directly.

Hi, so my checklist disappeared on the application portal. All thats left is a notice for provisionally admitted students and details about submitting final transcript. Does that mean I got admit ?

TTPB, I applied to the Computer Engineering track (EC 79)and received an email today at 3:30 PM PST from the grad department that I had been recommended for admission to the Dean of the Graduate Division and an official letter will be sent before April 10th.

Has anyone heard back from the Computer Engineering track (EC79). Please let me know if you have. I would appreciate it

ML and Data Science. Even though the coursework looks good, might end up going for Washington or Gatech. Undergrad: BITS Pilani, India. 4 research papers and reviewer for WACV 2019, ICCV Workshops 2019.

ML and DS. UCLA Statistics student with a 3.82 GPA, 170 Quant, 165 Verbal, some computer vision research experience, and one internship (not in Data Science or ML though). Probably gonna attend University College London for the Machine Learning MSc, but definitely a bit interested to learn more about UCSD's program, particularly the industry connections.

Also still haven't heard back...

I thought I was the only one who had not received a result so far, but it seems others have not as well. I don't know if we can just assume a rejection because we know that one rejection was sent on March 26th which was before most acceptances, so it may be that those who have not received anything yet may be in a group outside of the clear admittees but also outside of the group of clear rejectees.

For Fall 2020 we received a large number of very qualified applicants to this program, but we can only offer admission to a small number of new students each year. I am sorry to report that we are unable to admit you this year.

No interview. Did not hear anything till this notification. Hence i was sure of rejection. Anyways life goes on!
