Checked the portal

Was informed informally by the department that I have been offered a place. Funding decisions will apparently be taking place this week, with emails being sent out by 5th March.

accepted on conditional offer, have to graduate with a 3.5. undergraduate research and presenting at five conferences this spring.

Checked the portal.

"Unfortunately you have been unsuccessful in your application for your first choice course. An email has been sent to you. The competition for places at LSE is intense and inevitably many well qualified applicants cannot be accepted. This decision is final, and no further comment can be made." No email

Was accepted with "up to 22,000" in funding, including teaching. Does anyone know what this means, and what the realistic stipend will be? Will we receive further detail on the funding offer? thanks!

funding a few days later. FYI funding offer was redirected to my spam folder so watch out

Expected rejected

Checked portal after seeing the post below. Unfortunate.
