I called the graduate office and they said that this year they are doing rolling admissions. Apparently, some of the acceptances could go out as late as early April

I don't understand this. The professors and labs that I was interested in had clear instructions that " do not email, get admitted, then contact" (not just UCLA). Now, I still did not get a single admit from the schools that I was hoping to get into. How does this work? I could not apply earlier in the cycle because of my work and school pressure, now look where it got me. I really can't take this anymore.

Notified four days after interview, and immediately accepted their offer. Hella stoked and thankful for this opportunity! Josh Rosen better not get drafted by the Browns. 1a/0w/6r/3p
