I just e-mailed Marjorie saying that I will be on different recruiting events at Northeast, and I woul like to know about the rummor of the next round selection on April 10th. She answered: "I am afraid you are not on our admissions list and we will not be able to make you an offer this year. We had a very strong applicant pool this year --- over 800 applicants for 18 slots --- and we have had to pass over literally hundreds of high-quality applicants. Please take one of your other options". | ||||

Response to NYU Wagner post below: I'm not quite sure what the office is doing and how it's handling the admissions process. It actually feels a bit disrespectful at this point. Other schools with a higher applicant growth have done a way better job with the process. i'm definitely taking a better look at my other options, including SIPA and syracuse. | ||||
