Has anyone heard from MIT about the waitlist?

Did you guys receive any notifications? It's almost May!! Spare us!

Ignore the waitlist. Have any international applicants heard anything from the department yet?

Hello, again. This is the person that left a comment on 4/18. Thank you to the person below me for responding. Three days have passed and I haven't heard a peep from Columbia. Once I hear back, I'll make sure to note whether I was accepted or rejected here on Grad Cafe. Good luck!

I'm asking anyone who doesn't want their place, pls decide fast

Any news from the department? It has been one week after the April 15th deadline!

I was waitlisted in february.

Ignore waitlist - good to hear that they are making their decisions this week. Hopefully we will know by the end of this week or early next week how it went. I guess by this late stage we must be at the discussion table ie we haven't been cut early on? Best of luck to everyone!

Ignore the waitlist. The department informed me previously that the admissions committee would be meeting this week to discuss international applications. It would be strange if they had lied to me.

Yes I have been accepted and I am not a troll. I checked MyFile and there it was. I also waited a lot guys. You might also receive your results soon.

Haven't received any information regarding my application to York Uni (CA) yet. International student. I emailed them today actually to ask for an update - but I guess they won't reply until Monday at the earliest now. I wonder why they are making the international students wait? Good luck to people still waiting and fingers crossed. Oh and deffo the post two below was a troll.

I'm quite certain that the department hasn't made decisions regarding international applicants yet. So, the post below is most likely by a troll. Don't lose hope international applicants!

IR. finally getting off from the waitlist and accepted. So thrilled!!!!
