Email to check portal, rejected, Didn't get an interview after applications but met with PI in November and he said he would love to work with me, seems like 2-3% admission rate was true.

Email to check portal. Not surprising because it wasn't a great fit. Congratulations to everyone who was accepted!

No interview

email to check portal. DAPS/RILE applicant. 4 years of post-masters advanced/doctoral level quantitative research; 2 strong LORs (one from international expert in statistics), 1 good LOR; no GRE; 2 co authored publications, 2 conference presentations, 3 manuscripts in prep (1 first author); first generation college student; Pretty gutted.

I got a notice that I was rejected from the PhD program but forwarded to the Master's review committee. Is this a good sign?

Thank you for your application to the Stanford Graduate School of Education (GSE). Your application has been reviewed, but unfortunately we are unable to recommend you for admission at this time.

No email, just checked the portal. Expected this, I'm coming straight from undergrad.

To the poster below: congratulations on receiving two offers from schools at that level in a single day!

GPA is for MFA. It expected it to be competitive. Not too worried.

Email from POIs today. Said I would receive official letter sometime today. Good luck everyone! Keep your head high!

Not surprised. Glad that they told me relatively early!

super excited!!!
