Another rejection. If I glue my eyes shut there will be no more pain, no more pain.

It's fine, trying to watch my carbs anyway.

Good thing the application is free for military veterans. Yahtzee!

Email from Mark Cox. Said he'd be in touch soon by phone to discuss funding possibilities (or lack thereof)

Still waiting to hear about funding, but really excited :) 2a/0w/3r

Y'all can keep your corn! I don't even care.

"DEAR SIR, I hope this letter finds you in good health And in a prosperous enough position to put wealth In the pockets of schools other than me: down on their clout You see your writing's kinda bad; not sure what it's about..." A little excessive, Iowa, but I too have Hamilton stuck in my head so I guess we're good. Congrats to those who who made it!

My therapist continues to say, with fading certainty in her eyes, that the sixth year of applications will be my year.

Just like person below, offered 25% funding. Definitely the lowest program on my list, but the other 4 I'm waiting to hear from are in NYC, too, so it looks like I'll be going broke however this plays out. Nice to hear after rejection from Michigan earlier today. (a1/r3) waiting on 4

Filtered into spam. Thanks, gmail, for trying to shelter me from the hard blows

Last name starts with M. Got this within an hour of my rejection letter from Iowa. 0a/2r/0w

A very terse letter. Would've expected more from a renowned creative writing program.

I am a true warrior now!!! Woot! 1a/4w/1r
