Congratulation to those who got accepted. I had an interview a week ago (but I clearly did badly since it was kind of a quick-call and I was poorly prepared in my defense), and I got an email today with warm notes notifying me that I am waitlisted. I know that it is highly unlikely that those who got an acceptance will decline the offer to choose other top schools such as MIT ORC or UC BerkeleyIEOR, but I am trying to be as positive as I can. If anyone plans to decline the offer, I would be more than grateful if you do so as soon as possible. Fingers crossed for everyone (including myself) :)

Second time applying :(

Current undergrad at Ivy. GPA 3.95/4.0, one-year research experience, 1 paper in prep for submission, 3 great LoRs (2 from Profs very well connected to Stanford). Research interests not a good fit with the department though.

Seems like Fulbright Scholarship does not take you this far. Will go harder next year!

I got a notice that I was rejected from the PhD program but forwarded to the Master's review committee. Is this a good sign?
