16k/year funding

Was accepted in the Language and Area Studies Track (Russian). But I applied for Slavic Linguistics. Not sure how I feel about this.

5 year funding. Official letter to follow next week.

Unofficial Letter from Director of Department. 5-year funding, what a good news!

unofficial email from grad director. 5 years of funding. official letter to come next week

Email from Bruce Sales

The waitlist must indeed be rather large. 2/6 of those accepted have reported here but I am the 8th to report being waitlisted.

Very kind email from Dr. McCarty. Near the top of the waitlist.

I'm thinking the waitlist is going to be kind of long. I mean look how many of us waitlisters have reported within 20 minutes of getting the email.

I agree with the previous post. Please help us get in and remove our stress if you're not accepting. You know how stressful the waiting game is; don't do to us what the schools were just doing to you!
