Very nice email informing me I’m on a “very short” waitlist. ** Also, I’m that annoying person who just posted this without specifying the field (creative writing). Sorry! 2a/1w/2r/4p

I was waitlisted last year, as well. I would love to attend this program. 1a/2w/5r

Email from Marnie Leonard. No mention of rank but did mention it could take about six weeks and requested patience.

Kind form email informing I am one of 17 on the waitlist, unranked. 3a/2w/1r/7p (pretty sure 3 of those 7p are flat rejections).

Even if I eventually get in I doubt I'll end up with their limited funding, but I still count this as a win

Congrats to the person who got the acceptance below! Any news on whether more calls are going out/if there are still waitlists coming? Tx for the info :)

To the University of Michigan poster below - I just wanted to say that I love your writing.

Accepted to California College of the Arts in SF (Poetry) with significant funding

It was a long shot for me...but I have been changed by the entire grad school process. I've discovered more about what I want to do, and what path I should take. I am extremely proud of myself to be able to overcome my own negative mind and anxiety to apply to grad school.
