Finally got my rejection. No handwritten note, which makes me feel like they just didn't give my application a second glance :(

Generic acceptance email.

Not even a courtesy email. I happened to check the website and here is their pithy response: "Unfortunately your application into M.F.A. in Writing Seminars has been denied." Writing Seminars Department

First acceptance, no word on funding, in about 3 weeks from what I was told. 1a,1w, 3r, looking like the rejection number will go up since some of my schools seem to be sending decisions but I haven't heard yet. This process is insane.

Well this is getting depressing... 0a/0w/6r

Can't say I'm surprised, but it still sucks.

Got the letter in the mail with a nice note: Thank you for your $60.

If you've been accepted to WMU and aren't going, please let them know ASAP. It would be greatly appreciated!

With a nice handwritten note: "Thank you for the strong application."

Never got a phone call, had no idea!!!! Yay! 2a/4w/1r

I am on my knees with wonder and gratitude, sobbing and wailing in the hallway because of all the years of work and hope, and finally this incredible moment...please, please if you got accepted and you're not interested, please let them know! Because UNCW is my soul-mate school.

Received in the mail today a check for $4.25 in accordance with some Red Bull class action settlement, and then a wait-list notification from CSU. Overall it was a good day.

Iowon't be going there

Nice personalized email. Congrats to those who were accepted! Also, please go somewhere else.
