Hold on...I thought Berkeley wasn't taking apps this year....or is this for the joint program with Demography only...?

I was told in the beginning of feb decisions could "still take some weeks", but they are currently reviewing applications.

No funding - will decline

Did anyone hear from the department? They should have sent out the decisions

TTPB: You thought you had a chance because you are an exceptional student! It is not a joke to get 169/169 in GRE! and your gpa is amazing too. It is honestly their loss, and I am sure you deserve way better and something awesome is coming your way. Stay happy! Don't let this come between your dreams, you got this!!

I think that UChicago post is BS. Nobody, even from last year, said they got a phone call for acceptance. So why would they be the only one? I just think it's bs.

TTPB who got a call today: were you interviewed?

Is there anyone who plans to decline their offer, or can suggest anything to turn this in my favor?
