Summer 2019

First acceptance! Before their 2/1 deadline. 1a/6p

fully funded with stipend, accepted off of waitlist. Will likely turn it down to go to an MA.

Received an email from the director requesting a Skype interview with herself and Kerri Webster!

Emailed them, the waitlist is closed, official rejections should be coming sometime this week

Offered funding and acceptance off waitlist.

Wonderful personal email from a member of the Young People faculty! Commented on my writing sample and welcomed me to Lesley!

Looking forward to this accelerated online program and the opportunity for cross-genre study. The teacher tuition discount is also nice.

Accepted off the waiting list! So excited!

Applied early March.

Called the graduate English office and left a message. They were cool and called me back. Not accepted.

Received an email stating that a decision had been made on my application. Logged into the application portal website and read my letter of acceptance from the Dean of Humanities!

Received an initial email from the department's administrative head on March 19th informing me I didn't get in. Received a second email from the Director of Graduate Admissions on April 10th saying the same. Still awaiting a mailed letter that they mentioned was on its way.

I was originally waitlisted for the MFA here. They let me know Monday that I was accepted. I had to turn down becuase I already committed to another school.

Had not heard anything until April 15. Called in the AM to confirm rejection as I had another acceptance/waitlist and was trying to make a decision, and received an email around 5:30 PM that a professor would be reaching out that evening. Was offered a position that evening. Guessing they keep their waitlists a secret there. I accepted and will be attending!

Email stated the cohort is full for this year.
