Was waitlisted after attending interview weekend. Received a standard rejection letter in the mail today

just after I was notified that I was in the wait list~~

got an email to check the website

didn't expect it. :/

Has anyone heard from the Biostatistics department for the MPH or MS concentrations?

applied to the PhD program, but received an email from the staff that I can be admitted into the MS program. will decline it

Typical rejection email. Not too surprised since this was a long shot considering I'm applying for the Ph.D. Program without a masters degree. Oh well.

Still waiting as well I thought I should assume rejection at this point but we'll see

Anyone else still waiting to hear, or should I assume no response = no acceptance at this point?

A little bit frustrated

Only took about a third of a year and less than a week until the standard deadline for replying to offers. I had to email the faculty several times to even hear back from them at all throughout the previous months. Somewhat bitter about the opaque process.

8 days after I completed my application...That was really efficient. Still waiting for other results.

Very low GPA (although over the minimum requirement), but high GRE scores, has relevant work experience and good understanding of the program. Undergrad school was ranked top 30 by US News worldwide, so that might have helped me with the application.

STILL waiting for their decision. E-mailed department and have yet to receive a response. Applied early November.
