Totally expected. Heard from someone that they are very restricted to admit students this year due to too many students accepted the offers in previous years.

Received an email with admission and funding for 5 years. Did my B.S. at Berkeley and M.S. internationally. Got invited to the MAE open house in March.

Very disappointed. 335 GRE, 116 TOEFL, 1 research paper in a conference in India. 9.53 GPA at an Indian university. Strong LORs and SOP.

Did anyone not get an email today from Princeton? I did not receive either a rejection or acceptance email... is anyone in the same boat?

Rejected from MSE CS. Was the dream school. 169Q, 5 AWA in GRE; 9.35/10 GPA Tier-2 Indian university; Thesis research and few other projects in ML. No publications. 2.5 years SDE work experience at PayPal India and 1.5 years of entrepreneurship.

Kind of expected - I know my stats look great, but my research background is not in astrophysics, and I was a bit of an odd fit for the department (in retrospect, I ought to have applied to the plasma program).
