Anyone hear from JHU? Totally nerve-wracking...

To the post below. No, not a single person has heard back from JHU. The even shows my application is "incomplete". Perhaps they'll start their review from, I don't know, say April 1st?

Cancer track. When I applied, people told me that JHU really like people with many years working experience. Not surprised, just like a lottery.

Anyone hear from JHU? Like ALL my other applications, I have only heard total silence up to now. Totally nerve-wracking....

GPA from Ivy League MA.

Last year their deadline was Jan 1, according to Petersons, so if they are on the same schedule, this is just about the very earliest they'd be reaching out. POI informally told me it would likely be early March but who knows.

has anyone heard back from johns hopkins?? i've heard back from many schools except this one and it's my top choice! any news from fellow applicants?

ID track. Rejected without interview. Pretty surprised. My stats: high GPA from top MPH program, 3 years work experience, strong recs (2 from alumni of program), high GREs (all in top decile), pubs, spoke with multiple faculty before applying and was told I'd be at the top of the applicant pool. I've been accepted at other top programs and Hopkins wasn't my first choice, so no biggie, but wondering what went wrong and if they even accepted ID epi applicants this cycle. Third interview call from the CLSP group. Being interviewed again by the first interviewer. (not my PoI)

Received my Masters there but my GRE score was shitty so kinda evened out I guess.

Checked the website and there was a decision available link at the bottom "Unfortunately your application into Ph.D. in History has been denied." Gross.

Rejection posted in portal with no e-mail notification. Expected as I did not get invited to an interview.
