International student currently in the MPH program

Official acceptance letter posted to SGS portal. International student admitted directly to PhD, with a deadline to respond by February 28th. I intend on accepting!

Low undergrad GPA, MA GPA was at minimum required. Submitted a completed research proposal. Asian applicant.

PhD direct-entry. Theory. Non-canadian.

First offer!!! Will probably attend! Subfield is theory. Math major. Subject test is Mathematics.

American student, was told they were very constrained with number of international students they could admit, so I knew it was a serious long shot. Congrats to any other students who get in though!

Offer given. Now I'm deciding between being mentored by Bengio vs. UofT... Chose CV/ML as specialization. Never thought I'd be at this stage... Hard choice.
