bridge program.

Had an interview with PI in December 2020. He told me to include his name in the application, and we communicated a lot via email. But after 5 months of waiting, I got the refusal letter. Best wishes to the ones who got accepted.

TTPB: I'm from the old portal too. Nothing has been got updated. Never. It just feels like that I'm through away and forgotten.

Has anyone with reactivated applications heard anything? I have a reactivated application from last year (on the old portal) and it's been silent so far since submitting. Sigh.

[TTPB] I submitted by application back in January. There was no interview.

How long after applying to Applied Analytics (or other SPS degrees) did you get invited to an interview?

[TTPB]: person who got accepted yesterday, can you share when you submitted and was interviewed?

looks like I was not the only to come to gradcafe and post my result. got accepted from Columbia, there was a status update and was asked to check the same. congratulations to the person who posted before me. Any groups for Columbia?

This was completely unexpected. I had prepared myself for another grueling year but this came as a pleasant surprise. I got rejected from the PhD program, so will have to bear the cost of MS.

[TTPB]: When did you apply to the Applied Analytics program and when were you emailed to schedule an interview? Thanks!

Anyone who interviewed from this program got their result?

2 years research experience. 1 summer research internship. Strong letters of recommendation.

I received an email from the chairperson and told me that I did not make it to the cut as there were only 2 people admitted for the PhD program. This is because of the limited funding they got for graduate students. Also, they let me know that there was a 30% increase in applications.
