I was told that I would be admitted the moment a spot opens up. If there is anyone here who has been offered admission, but does not intend to accept it, please notify the department. This is my last chance to attend grad school this year. Thanks, and best of luck to us all!

UK student. E-mail received that I have been recommended to receive an offer and that although I'm not in the top 3 for LSE funding I have a reasonable chance of getting LAHP or LSE funding if someone declines it.

political economy track

so what should I say more about it? Last year with a splash of hope, I was all in one dime for this school to pursue a phd here but I didn't get in. I was so disappointed at myself and I tried again this year. BUT I was too afraid to apply for a PhD so I just applied for a master hoping to get into the fast-track later on. And I was accepted but without FA. In the mean time, I got another PhD at Manchester..............sometimes life just wanted to tease you for fun I guess........

I emailed their department and found out I was waitlisted.

Had one meeting with a faculty member and an interview with two profs. still waiting for the funding results which they said would be decided by mid-April.

GPA is of Master degree. I got rejected today and the total number of applicants is 247. I did not submit my GRE scores for this submission as I took GRE later in late February this year.

ANYONE HEARD FROM NYU? I have been emailing them and they keep on saying wait wait wait. The application cycle has already ended for most universities. I'm sick of waiting for NYU. They reject applicants then offer them Masters admission for 50% tuition.

B.A. from the U.S., M.Sc. in progress at a top U.K. university. Second unsuccessful Ph.D. application cycle, thought I put together some strong applications but I guess this clearly isn't meant for me. Best of luck to everyone else. 0a/1w/0p/5r.

Ignore waitlist. Has anyone been accepted after receiving the University of Maryland waitlist?

Received email to check portal

CP, emailed to check the portal. Finally come to the end. 5a/2w/13p

Current MA student at GU with a 4.0 grad school GPA. 3 great letters of rec by 3x full Georgetown professors. This one hurts.

Unexpected acceptance this morning. Letter said they will get back with info about funding once a college accepts

Entered the website and found my rejection letter. 0a/1w/2r

I feel like wanna die….. this was going to be my third trial for applying my PhD but every time have to reject my offer due to no funding available ….. and my family is low income couldn't afford to pay by self….. I am so devastatingly hopeless and don't know what should I do now….. I am so passionate about doing research but it is too expensive and harsh condition for funding international students

Upload documents button disappeared yesterday, for any other hyperneurotic page-refreshers like me. Nothing yet about funding, have to cross fingers and hope for something further down the line
