Got the email so quickly after interview. Top choice and with funding so it will be hard for another program to compete.

To the poster blow asking contact detail: where did you see the acceptance post? I only see one acceptance post from UNC Operations Research. Or did you type the wrong program?

Quite surprised, have diverse research experience through international internships and an international journal publication as well. Perhaps low GPA (3.06) did it, or GRE quant score just below 165

NCSU applicant-- poetry here. I applied close to the deadline and haven't heard anything at all, including very few updates from other applicants. Any alumn or other well-informed folks know when I should start to worry?

To the person who asked when I (the other waitlisted fiction applicant) applied: December 15. I was riding the wave off my other applications due that day and just hit submit months before the deadline. Hang in there!

Selected after interview and got the funding details too.

1) I submitted my application too late (in late-January). 2) My research experiences were about mathematics, not statistics.

First notification on 2/23 via email due to fin aid

Emailed POI to check on status. He replied admissions process is ongoing but they've sent out first round of offer. Said I am on waiting list at this point and he hopes to be able offer in a few weeks after they hear from the first round of offers.
