For Theory...Yay!

to the below candidate - I got the same message from the gradstatus website. "An admissions decision has not yet been rendered." the office doesn't even pick up the phone. the auto-recorded phone message says "the results will be rendered before the end of Feb." sigh..

Anyone still have this on their application status: "An admissions decision has not yet been rendered" ???? Maybe they are just slow at rejecting everyone? By the way, I checked both the application portal and the gradstatus portal.

BULLSHIT! LOL well i guess some dreams are meant to be shot

Expected...

Danger School. Never thought I'd get in, didn't know much about the program.

Comparative. 4.0 in MA. This was my first choice. This one hurts. I'm at 7 rejections and 2 waitlists, with 4 applications left to hear back on.

"Because your interest in the University is deeply appreciated, this decision is not easy to convey. Though your plans cannot be accommodated at Northwestern University, the faculty and administrators of The Graduate School respect your intellectual ambition and wish you success in attaining your goal of advanced study."

Fully funded, can't believe it. I have a peer reviewed publication and international internships - maybe that helped? But waiting on one or two pipedream choices before making final decision.
