Admitted with $40,000 of funding!

So excited and very thankful! This is my first acceptance of the season, and I was absolutely terrified I would not get in anywhere, especially because I started receiving lots of rejections. In case anyone wants to know more details as I know NCSU tends to release decisions rolling according to past years: I applied for the funded MA here for the Rhetoric/Composition track, and I was not alerted my decision came out on my applicant portal. I just happened to realize by logging in and checking today. I was very surprised to see that a decision had been made. There is no details on funding or if I got the assistantship yet, not sure if they are deciding that later or if they already decided the recipients. Hope this is helpful and good luck to everyone waiting on a decision! 1 Admit/1 Waitlist/8 Rejections/8 Pending

Does anyone have any idea of the typical size of WWU waitlist?

PhD-U! Received very nice phone call; official letter to come.

SO HAPPY! Got an email confirming admission and will receive an official acceptance letter early March

Canadian applicant; did my undergrad at UofT, doing my master’s at one of the Oxbridge schools

Kind letter from faculty. I was told to expect an official letter in early March.

Thank you for applying to graduate study at UCLA. We regret to inform you that you are not being offered admission. UCLA receives many more applications than there are student places available. Each of these applications is carefully reviewed by a departmental faculty committee. In this extremely competitive environment, many talented and promising students are not recommended for admission by these committees. We understand that this decision is disappointing, and again, there are many more applications than there are places available.

No email. Just a portal notification, only knew because I saw another person on here get a notification.

I work internally at NYU admin office. All offers letter have been sent. If you didn't receive one, you've been rejected. Sorry everyone, this is not a joke. I just think it's cruel that the university won't send out rejection emails till the first week of march or at the earliest next Friday. Again, this is not a joke. All offer have been sent out.
