Interview on Jan 16th

Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. 4 years undergraduate research experience with 1 co-author publication. 2 years post-graduate research experience. 3 letters of recommendation.

International candidate with a BSc Hons degree in Biotechnology and an MPhil degree in Biological Sciences. CGPA is 3.65 in both the degrees. Two published papers in international peer-reviewed journals, one under review and two in preparation. Strong research background spanning over almost 4 years which includes two theses, two side-projects, one funded international summer school and a position as a research associate. Strong extracurricular participation in the shape of leading various student bodies, and numerous articles published in newspapers and magazines on different topics.

After the preliminary interview (December 13, zoom video call interview) is completed, the committee will decide whom to invite for in-person interview weekend (February 6-8, 2020).

3 years of lab experience

Bachelor degree in biology, with two undergrad projects and one-year working experience in a biosensor lab after graduation, one first-authored publication. Tried to inquire about the ratio of shortlisted for interview, but got no reply. Good luck to all that have an interest in this great program!

Received request for 15 minute video interview - unclear if this is good or bad sign?

Applied November 9th. Interview weekend Jan 16th-19th.

I have a MS already, was invited to a long interview weekend in JANUARY, and just now got rejected lol. Why did they make me go through three days of interviews to hear nothing for six months? The world may never know.
