They (sort of) like me! I've never been so happy to be admitted into limbo.

Thank you very much for applying to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Yale University. I regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission. As you know, the very high number of extraordinary candidates among our more than 11,000 applicants far exceeds the number of places we have in each program, and we are not able to admit many excellent candidates.

Email to check website. GPA is grad. 0a/0w/3r

Over the moon, feeling like I could lift a car with one hand. Best of luck to everyone out there still waiting.

This is the same acceptance as the phone acceptance below -- just got the official email to check the website. To answer the questions below: I had met my potential advisor before. I'm also fairly sure that Yale F&ES didn't have a visit day or any formal interview process this year.

Unofficial email from director with funding info to follow.

Was just notified that I was admitted with funding. Still waiting to hear from the other programs before I respond.

Found out through website. Full tuition waiver and 6 yrs of guaranteed stipend in the amount of at least $31,000 per year

This was my first choice school! I'm so excited! 2a/2r/6p

Received email from graduate secretary. More information to come.
