anyone else still on the waitlist for UF? Dr. Holmes said we would receive decisions by the 30th of April but I'm restless and desperately want an answer!

I see a post about a Facebook page for those admitted in summer, is there one for fall 2016 set up yet? Also, to those still waiting for fall, I know that I had to reply to my offer by 4/25, so more acceptances may be sent out after that point as others reply.

Received another impersonal email (really? Have these people not heard of mailmerge). I've been on the waitlist and it says the class spots have been filled which is quite strange as people are only just now confirming so it seems a tad early to do this but oh well. At least I got into my other top choice, just further!

The email i got said that I would receive an update by April 22.

To the poster below, I was also waitlisted from USF on March 1st. The email stated they were waiting until April 15th to hear from their first pool of applicants. Hopefully we hear late today, or early next week. I'm anticipating around Tuesday next week. Their target class size is between 55-71 students. I'm getting nervous, so I searched on Facebook and found the Facebook group for "USF SLP Class of 2018". There are only 26 students in the group so far, so it seems like there are a good amount of spaces they will need to fill after today. It is not my top school, but my 2nd choice I would like to have. Good luck, I hope you receive good news.

To the poster of UF below: Do you get the email today? I wrote to the secretary in early April and the response was same to yours. But I don't hear from them even today.

Secretary wrote to me that we have sent out “first round” offers and those applicants have until April 15TH to make a decision. We will notify you as soon as possible. What means this?

Any news from U of F? I have e-mailed the secretary but received no reply.

I've been waitlisted from USF and they said they would begin notifying people April 15th if they are admitted or not. Does anyone know about how long it will be from previous years? I only have until the 22nd to let another school know my decision. USF is my #1
