IGNORE INTERVIEW has anyone still not heard anything? Is no news an implied rejection at this point?

I had a phone call with the DGS on Sunday (2/20) informing me of my acceptance. We spoke for quite some time about the program, and it was a really lovely and personal experience. I just got my formal acceptance by email today (2/24) with all of the TA and financial info. Really thrilled about this, and I think it might be the one! 2a/2r/3p

Had an interview that went surprisingly well, was ultimately rejected. Dream school, genuinely cried, screamed, and threw up. It hurts so bad I'm genuinely considering su*cide. 20th/21st Century Amer Lit, African-Americanist, SF 1a/5r/4p
