To the poster below who got accepted. What is your profile and area?

Just got an email from Maryland saying I was accepted. No interview before admission. 20k min a year and invited to visit

BA Spanish, currently completing 2nd degree in COMDDE online through Utah State, paid research intern for 1.5 years collecting data for a hospital study, experience shadowing, volunteering at conferences, interacting with patients and families, working in hospital quality and patient satisfaction. Applied in 2016 and was rejected. Took a year to gain all of the hospital experience, and it was all worth the wait!

"I apologize for the long silence. You were put on our interview waitlist. This was a very competitive year and so we are unable to invite as many applicants as we might like. I should know whether we are extending any more interviews by March 5th."

Is there anyone who has received funding information? I only got an email asking me to check my admission decision on the website and there is no funding information in the decision message.

First official rejection. I saw others post about this. The fact you made it that far means youre a strong applicant. Keep your head up.

To the post below, I had an interview with two faculty at around January 20th and the faculty said I will hear back from them within a month or so. I haven't heard anything yet but I would expect to hear back from them within the next two weeks. Fingers crossed!

To the poster who mentioned that they had the interview for Ischool-PhD (UMCP), have you heard back from them yet?

Received email from department stating that I have been recommended to graduate admissions for acceptance. At least one strong LoR. No prior research experience, but tutoring/lab assistant/internship experience.

Did anyone from quant side receive any updates from Maryland？Thanks!
