TBP asking about Mac; I am the acceptance you saw yesterday. I am Canadian with Canadian undergrad and MA. I only got an acceptance letter so far, funding details to come. But like I mentioned I will reject, best of luck to you

To the post below, did you graduate from a Canadian school? Did you receive funding information as well? Was the offer from the program director?

Will Reject 3A/1W/2P

Canadian applicant. Same email as other poster.

Very nice email from chair letting me know I am a strong contender, but "spatial, supervisory and financial reasons only prevent us from offering you a place right now." Will probably ask to be removed from the list, as I'm accepting an offer from my top choice. Good luck to anyone else who woke up to this news!

Did anyone hear from them regarding PhD in physics?. My interest in astrobiology. I heard from a guy in Twitter that masters offers are being sent out.

I got funding. Do TA's really make 44.51 an hr?

Canadian undergrad. 20k+ funding. Sub-optimal GPA, but multiple peer-reviewed publications and a second major

No official acceptance letter. But I got a letter from McMaster saying I'm being recommended. Here are the first two sentences of the letter I received. "Congratulations! I am writing to inform you that I am recommending your name to the McMaster Graduate School for admission to our MA in Economics program. The offer, once it has been approved by them, will come with a financial package, the details of which will be included in the forthcoming formal offer letter from them."

Sad news. No reason for the rejection. Good luck to all!

TPB, what time did you get your official letter? got my unofficial letter last week, still waiting on the official.

Official letter. Did anyone get a funding package?

well 1 school to go, let's see how that turns out.

Weird acceptance time late in the evening. Will likely accept.
