@UC-Irvine guy who moved from wait-list to accepted list. Don't bother. I'm the guy who asked a question below. I got an official reject email. Apparently they chose only 2/163 international applicants. And all of those 2 had Govt. or home univ or Fullbright fellowships! | ||||
