Received a nice call offering me a spot on the waitlist, providing the details of the program, and giving me a loose timeline as to when I may anticipate hearing about my position on the waitlist. Kind of bummed because I did research with them; however, they were so kind on the phone it is hard to stay upset. Now sitting at 3 a/4w/5r/4p. Excited to hear the rest.

SO HAPPY! Official letters and funding info to follow. 1a/3r/1p

IGNORE INTERVIEW - Received an email that the budget process is delayed, and they won't know the number of students they can support until later this week. Did anyone else receive this update? I wonder if it's for the whole department or only Rhet/Comp?

Email to check portal> link in portal to see recent updates> letter stating I was rejected. I'm sorry about the messed up post before. 1a/2r/1w/1p

Alma Mater. This one hurt.

Please ignore immediate previous post, I was accepted here but rejected from Boston College, same day, sorry for the confusion!

IGNORE INTERVIEW - Has anyone received any news? The website says the virtual open house for prospective English graduate students was the 25. Does not sound too good.

Phone call from POI to discuss, offered spot on the waitlist which I turned down. Some interest in working with me regardless which is nice. 6a/1w/6r/3p

Waitlisted for funding.

Kept on an unranked waitlist.
