Applied late and was placed on the waitlist. NIU is a great fit for me and probably my only chance to stay in the game at this point. So, if you have better offers at hand, please consider declining soon. Many thanks!

Hi just received from the director that I'm in a very good position on waitlist, they are waiting response from the current international holder (only one place for international students)!

Email letting me know I am on the waitlist.

I am so happy!! It was my second cycle and I was utterly suicidal. My top choice, so probably will accept the offer.

Grad GPA 4.0. Solicited status. Ranked #6 on waitlist. Acceptances going out this week according to grad director a2 w5 r5 p2

Email to check the portal.

Accepted from the waitlist.

Prof. Neale got back to me a week after my initial solicitation to say that "You are climbing slowly up the wait list." (as though there were other ways to climb up the wait list) #WaitlistQueenStrikesAgain brown ubc boulder usc penn columbia cuny 2a/7w/9r/3p
